At My Rug Spot, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver our products to you.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is received and confirmed.

  • Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, sales, or holiday seasons.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once payment is processed, and another email with tracking information when your order ships.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic Orders (USA): 5–10 business days after dispatch.

    • International Orders: 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers such as:

  • [UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, Royal Mail, Australia Post]
    The carrier used for your order will depend on your delivery address and the most efficient method available.


4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or certain restricted countries due to customs regulations.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, and taxes, which are determined by your country’s import laws.

  • These fees are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.


6. Delays & Service Interruptions

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control

  • Carrier delays


7. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.


8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or stolen after it is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, My Rug Spot is not responsible.

  • For damaged items, contact us at myrugspot@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess and work with you to resolve the issue.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and the carrier to open an investigation.


9. Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

  • If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at myrugspot@outlook.com.

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address, and we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


10. Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If your order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to pick up from the post office or customs

  • Refusal to pay customs charges
    You will be responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued for the product cost only, minus shipping fees.
